Our Story
GRKremodeling LLC was built by German Orellana around a straightforward idea: the crew that frames the wall should be the crew that tapes it and paints it. Too many renovations fall apart in the handoffs between trades — a wall framed slightly out of plumb becomes the drywaller's problem, then the taper's, then the homeowner's.
So we self-perform the whole sequence: framing, insulation, drywall, taping and finishing, and painting, right through to complete kitchen and bathroom remodels. One crew, one point of contact, one person accountable for the result. It's why our schedules hold and why our walls look flat under afternoon light.
We work out of 188 31st St in Brooklyn, and we're on job sites across all five boroughs, Long Island, and northern New Jersey — 7 days a week, 8 AM to 5 PM. Estimates are free, written, and itemized. Se habla español.

Show Up

Respect the Space
Floors covered, dust contained, tools packed up at the end of the day. You're living there while we work and we don't forget it.
Do It Once
Framing checked plumb, insulation cut to fit, seams sanded flat. Getting it right the first time is cheaper than fixing it later.
Straight Answers
If you don't need a Level 5 finish, we'll tell you. If a scope will take longer than you hoped, we'll say so up front.
Our Mission
